Tianjin Huabei Weighing Apparatus Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Huaheng Weiye Weighing System Co., LTD) is one of the well-known truck scale manufacturers in China. It is a national high-tech enterprise, an executive director unit of China Weighing Apparatus Association, and a Class A taxpayer as well.

We have two companies, one is Tianjin Huaheng Weiye Weighing System Co., LTD which is mainly for foreign market. The other one is Tianjin Huabei Weighing Apparatus Co., Ltd which is for domestic market. It has two branch companies, one is Tianjin Huabei Testing Co., Ltd, the other is Safety Production Training Company.

The truck scale workshop covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters, with the totally high-tech newly automatic equipment facility. Annual yield can reach 1500 sets.
High-quality steel materials are selected from the well-known domestic steel mills. Through CNC cutting machine, automatic bending machine, automatic welding machine, shot blasting machine and spray painting & oven house to realize a better quality control from beginning to the end. CNC precision cutting machine can ensure the raw materials be cut accurately. It highly accurate and lower tolerance.
400T bending machine is used to bend the U-beam.
Multi-head automatic welding machine through tracking function to weld U-beam fully to strengthen the scale body. Robot is used to weld the end of U-beam to instead of manual welding. The whole welding system greatly improved the welding efficiency and quality.
When we weld the scale body, there is a special equipment that can fix the location. After the welding, there is an automatic control equipment can release and eliminate the residual stress and deforming.
Fully automatic through shot blasting machine can remove the rust and oxide coatings of scale body and corner in 360° with 10 sets heads, as well as eliminate the remaining the residual stress. After shot blasted, it has been greatly improved the adhesion of the paint film. It can reach SA2.5 level.
The environmental spraying workshop automatically paints and dries the scale body by computer color matching to ensure that the thickness of the paint film is consistent and meets the outdoor anti-corrosion requirements. Meanwhile, we also supply hot dip galvanized weighing solution to meet special requirements.
The truck scale production line all adopts environmental protection equipment to meet the national environmental emission requirements and passed the environmental impact assessment.
The special large-scale calibration device can perform full performance tests such as the calibration for the truck scale, full range calibration, overload, static pressure, etc. The metering performance of the truck scale is reliably guaranteed, reducing the on-site verification time and ensuring that the truck scale is installed on site for one-time qualification.
